ListOnce is operated by Jaison Snape trading as ListOnce. Business and complaints address: PLATF9RM, Tower Point, 44 North Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1YR, United Kingdom. Email: hello@englishwithjaison.com. These terms are version paid-2026-10-13-v4, dated 13 October 2026. They apply to adults aged 18 or over using an individual account, including people selling through a small business. Statutory consumer rights apply where you act as a consumer; our stated 14-day refund promise applies to every purchase under these terms.
The invited beta remains free: each private test link allows four successful packs in total and is valid for 28 days, unless revoked for a genuine security or misuse reason. Sandbox tests use pretend payments. Publishing these terms does not open paid checkout; paid terms apply when you make a real purchase after access is enabled.
02What is a listing pack?
A pack is one successful generation of editable listing drafts for one item, using the facts and photos you provide. You can review, edit, copy or download the available marketplace versions. ListOnce does not post to marketplaces for you and does not guarantee a sale.
You need an internet connection, an email account for sign-in and a current browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Microphone dictation and read-back depend on your browser or device; typing remains available. Marketplace accounts, their fees and their rules are separate. ListOnce is not endorsed by eBay, Etsy, Vinted or Facebook Marketplace.
03Choose the amount that suits you
Every verified purchase includes extra listing packs free, including repeat purchases: one extra with the 2- and 5-pack plans, two extra with the 10- and 28-pack plans. There is no new standalone free trial or monthly free allowance. Previously granted free or paid allowances keep their original balance and expiry; invited beta links keep their separate four-pack allowance.
- Starter: £1.99 for 2 purchased packs + 1 free = 3 packs total.
- Small clear-out: £3.49 for 5 purchased packs + 1 free = 6 packs total.
- Clear-out: £4.99 for 10 purchased packs + 2 free = 12 packs total.
- Regular seller: £8.99 for 28 purchased packs + 2 free = 30 packs total.
- These are total GBP prices, including any applicable taxes. ListOnce adds no checkout or delivery charge. Your payment provider may separately charge for currency conversion.
- Every purchase is one-off. There is no subscription, minimum repeat purchase or automatic renewal.
04From PayPal to your account
Check the product, price and terms before choosing the payment button. You can correct your selection before authorising payment in PayPal. PayPal processes your payment; ListOnce does not receive your full card details.
Your purchase contract starts when PayPal confirms a completed payment that matches your order. We then add the packs to your signed-in account and send a confirmation email containing your order details and these terms. A pending, cancelled or failed payment does not add packs.
Access is intended to start immediately after confirmation. If payment has completed but packs are missing, contact us with the order reference; do not pay again to solve the same problem. If we cannot supply the purchase, we will refund it.
0528 days to use your paid packs
All packs from a purchase, including its extra free packs, expire exactly 28 days after the payment completion time verified with PayPal. Your account and receipt show the expiry date and time. Use the packs before that deadline; any balance left expires and does not roll over.
Buying another pack does not extend an earlier purchase. Free packs are used first, followed by paid packs with the earliest expiry. A failed generation returns the reserved pack to its original allowance; it does not extend that allowance’s expiry. Contact us if a failure or interruption prevents you using a paid pack.
Editing or copying a saved draft does not use another pack. Creating a fresh set of drafts uses another pack. Pack expiry does not delete your saved working drafts.
06Changed your mind? You have 14 days
You can cancel any individual purchase without giving a reason up to the end of the 14th calendar day after the day the contract starts. Email hello@englishwithjaison.com or write to our business address with a clear statement that you want to cancel. Sending the notice within that period is enough; you do not have to use a special form.
We give a full refund during this period, even if you have already used some or all of that purchase’s packs. We do not deduct generation or payment-processing costs. Requesting immediate access does not waive this cancellation promise.
We will refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. Unused packs from the cancelled purchase become unavailable. Other purchases, free packs and saved drafts are unaffected.
After the 14-day period, the voluntary refund bands below apply to eligible unexpired multi-pack purchases. Your rights where the service is faulty, not supplied or otherwise fails to meet the contract remain separate and are not capped by these bands.
07A fair refund for unused multi-packs
After your 14-day cancellation period, and before the purchase expires, you can request a voluntary refund for a current multi-pack purchase. Included free packs count towards the total allowance when calculating usage. Legacy purchases retain the refund promise accepted when bought. The percentage is based on the packs remaining from that individual purchase when we receive your clear refund request, not your total account balance. Percentages apply to the original price paid for that purchase and are rounded to the nearest penny.
Starter — 3 total packs: all 3 remaining = 100%; 2 remaining = 25%; 0–1 remaining = 0%. Small clear-out — 6 total packs: all 6 remaining = 100%; 5 remaining = 50%; 3–4 remaining = 25%; 0–2 remaining = 0%.
Clear-out — 12 total packs: all 12 remaining = 100%; 9–11 remaining = 50%; 5–8 remaining = 25%; 0–4 remaining = 0%. Regular seller — 30 total packs: all 30 remaining = 100%; 22–29 remaining = 50%; 11–21 remaining = 25%; 0–10 remaining = 0%. These use the previous 28-pack proportions, rounded up to whole packs; the smallest plan has no 50% band because there is no whole-pack balance between its full-refund and 50% thresholds.
Email hello@englishwithjaison.com with the order reference. Stop using that purchase after requesting a refund; we will check the balance at the time of your request. On refund, the remaining packs from that purchase become unavailable. Other purchases, free packs and saved drafts are unaffected. We will process an eligible voluntary refund within 14 days, to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
This additional policy does not cover single-pack purchases or requests received after expiry. It never reduces your 14-day full-refund cancellation promise or your legal remedies for a faulty, missing or misdescribed service. You do not have to accept a banded refund where the law gives you more.
09If ListOnce lets you down
We must provide the service with reasonable care and skill and honour what we have described. Applicable rights for digital content, including quality, fitness for purpose and description, remain available.
If something is wrong, email us with the order reference and a brief explanation. Depending on the problem and your legal rights, remedies can include putting it right, repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund. Statutory remedies are not limited to the first 14 days.
If an outage caused by ListOnce materially prevents use before expiry, we will offer a suitable extension or a fair refund for affected packs, without reducing any stronger legal remedy. If we stop supplying a paid service, we will address unused paid entitlements rather than simply removing them.
10Your eyes are the final check
AI can misread photos, misunderstand dictation or produce incorrect wording. Check item facts, condition and faults, category, quantity, price and postage before publishing. We do not authenticate items, value them professionally or decide marketplace eligibility. This review step does not remove our obligations or your legal rights.
Supply facts honestly and use photos and content you have permission to submit. Avoid unlawful content, unnecessary personal information and other people’s private details. Keep your sign-in links private. Do not bypass allowances or access another person’s account.
11Your content and saved work
You keep your rights in the material you submit. You allow ListOnce and its providers to process it to supply and secure the requested service, as described in our privacy notice. This does not permit unrelated marketing or public use of your photos. Generated wording is not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party rights.
Save keeps working drafts across devices under the same account; photos are included only when selected. Download anything you want to keep independently. Saved drafts are working storage, not permanent archives. Finished — delete removes the working content and linked generation cache; it does not delete marketplace posts, downloads or necessary payment records.
12Keeping access fair and safe
We may temporarily restrict an affected purchase while checking a refund, reversal or payment dispute. We will review the outcome and correct an inappropriate restriction. This does not remove valid consumer rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for a security risk, unlawful use or serious misuse. Where practical, we will explain the reason and let you challenge a mistake. We will address legitimate unused paid entitlements fairly; restrictions are not permission to keep money for a service we owe you but refuse to supply.
13Need help or want to complain?
Email hello@englishwithjaison.com or write to the business address above. Include the order reference and the outcome you are asking for. We aim to acknowledge complaints within three working days and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days; if more investigation is needed, we will explain and keep you informed.
If we cannot resolve a consumer complaint, we will identify an appropriate certified alternative dispute resolution provider and tell you whether we will use it. You can also seek independent consumer advice and use the courts available to you.
14Fair terms, and rights we cannot take away
Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. We remain responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to take reasonable care; these terms do not impose a refund-only remedy or a price-based liability cap.
English and Welsh law applies, while mandatory protections in your country of residence remain. You may use courts available under applicable consumer law; you are not required to bring every case in England.
We will explain material changes before they apply. New prices and terms apply to future purchases and will not retrospectively shorten existing paid expiry dates, remove accrued rights or reduce the refund promise for an existing order.
